The PADI Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox) course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course. The PADI Enriched Air Diver Course provides recreational divers with the knowledge to safely plan and conduct nitrox dives up to 40%. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression dive time – which means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives.

Why Dive Nitrox?

Many Cancun scuba divers prefer to dive Nitrox, particularly when doing repetitive dives. This is because Nitrox contains a lower percentage of nitrogen in the gas mix compared to air, which therefore means less nitrogen going into your body.

Prereqs: Must have PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent. Ages 12 and up.
