Cancun offers magnificent diving sites characterized by splendid visibility even in 100ft depths. With warm Caribbean waters, thriving coral reefs and over 30 dive sites inside the Cancun National Marine Park, scuba diving in Cancun is an unforgettable experience for anyone.
Solo Buceo has been diving Cancun since 1982 — over 40 years of expertise. We offer diving tours for all levels, from first-timers with no experience to advanced certified divers. All tours include full scuba equipment, conservation fees, dock fees and a certified bilingual guide. No hidden fees
No certification is needed for beginners! Solo Buceo offers a Discover Scuba Diving experience that includes a pool lesson and 2 dives — one at the MUSA Underwater Museum and one at Manchones Reef. For deeper reef and wreck dives, an Open Water certification is required.
We offer a wide range of diving tours: MUSA diving for beginners ($149 USD), 2-tank reef dives, C-58 wreck dives, night dives, cenote dives, private boat charters, and refresher courses — all starting from $124 USD. All prices include full gear, conservation fees and a certified guide.
All diving tours include full scuba equipment, wetsuit, conservation and dock fees, and a certified bilingual guide. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay. We own and operate all our boats and equipment.
The best dive sites include the MUSA Underwater Museum (30ft — perfect for beginners), Manchones Reef (55ft — vibrant marine life), the C-58 shipwreck (84ft — eagle rays in winter), and cenotes for freshwater cave diving.
Cancun is a year-round diving destination. Winter (November–February) brings spectacular eagle ray migrations to the C-58 shipwreck. Summer (June–September) is best for whale shark encounters. MUSA and reef dives are excellent in every season with visibility up to 30 meters.
